The tom padded silently into the warehouse, seeming to glide acrossed the floor. Ears pricked, listening for even the slightest sound, Sevvy wandered about, his senses alert.
Then, he heard it. Faint at first, but gradually growing louder, the sound of scurrying feet on the floor. Licking his lips, Sevvy crouched down, pinpointing the sound. It was going from the next room. Then, he saw its source; not one, but two mice racing acrossed the floor. This would be tricky, to catch both at the same time...
Not hesitating, Sevvy leapt at the mice, paws outstreatched. He landed with a thud ontop of the mice, killing one instantly. The other managed to wriggle free of his paw, its tail broken. Taking off after the runaway, Sevvy urged it towards a corner. Slowing down, he ran forward, baracading its escape. Bending down, he closed his teeth about his prey. The taste of Mouse filled his mouth. The creature was thin, but it would do. Killing it, he pranced over to the other mouse. Picking it up, so that he held both mice by their tails, Sevvy padded out, headed towards Tseria.
